CPA - Customer Planning and Activation Manager

We are looking for a CPA Manager for a multinational company. 

Responsabilities:

Support delivery of Country, year on year growth NSV and NSV/case by inputting to the Hub Integrated Activity

Plan (IAP) development and execution on both Brand and Customer marketing plans

Apply Hub On and Off Trade Channel strategies to your country that optimize channel mix and through the IAP process are converted into winning value propositions that unlock customer support

Ensure that the Hub IAP process equips your country on time, in full with the assets and tools to win in the market place

Customize Hub IAP as necessary for country Sales Teams to create customer-specific plans and apply Global frameworks and best in class examples to develop powerful customer propositions

Build Country capability to understand and drive profitability for On and Off Trade Channel enabling customer

 

Skills: 

Educational Requirements: University Degree, ideally with a relevant postgraduate qualification

Work Experience Requirements: Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in a brand marketing / customer marketing / sell-in / sell-out role within a global organization

Experience in Customer Marketing (e.g. Purchaser/Shopper Marketing, Category Management and Channel Strategy)

Commercial skills gained through hands on Commercial roles

Experience in roles related to understanding customer and channel dynamics 

Language Skills: Italian and English : business fluent
