Purpose of the position: As Contract Manager, you will be part of the Commercial & Contract Management Function.

During the pre-award and project execution phases, you will independently analyse and negotiate contractual and legal risks and opportunities under different jurisdictions and legal systems. You will draft and negotiate contracts, supply agreements, consortium agreements and other commercial documents in support of Commercial, Tendering, Procurement and Operations teams, ensuring effective risk management and contractual compliance across international projects.

How can you support us?

  • Lead the contractual analysis of tender documentation, identifying contractual, legal and commercial risks and supporting the definition of negotiation and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Draft, review and negotiate contracts and agreements with Clients, Partners, Suppliers and Subcontractors, ensuring alignment with business objectives and company standards.
  • Provide contractual advice and guidance to Commercial, Tendering, Procurement and Operations teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support project teams during contract execution activities, including contract administration, claims management, change management and dispute avoidance.
  • Contribute to contract management excellence through standardization initiatives, knowledge sharing and the coaching and development of junior resources.

What are we looking for?

Education: Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent disciplines.

Background: Minimum 5 years of experience in Contract Management, gained either within industry or legal practice, preferably in international and project-based environments.

Languages:

  • Fluent English.
  • Additional languages will be considered a plus.

Technical/IT Knowledge:

  • Proven experience in international contract negotiations.
  • Strong understanding of contractual risk allocation, liability and claims management principles.
  • Knowledge of contract administration and change management processes.
  • Familiarity with different legal systems and international contracting practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

What else should you know?

Some travelling will be expected worldwide according to project and business requirements.
