Purpose of the position: As As Senior Contract Manager, you will report to the Head of Contract Management and be part of the Commercial & Contract Management Function.

In this role, you will provide strategic contractual leadership on major international opportunities and projects, supporting senior management in commercial decision-making and ensuring the effective management of contractual and commercial risks throughout the tendering and project execution phases.

How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities:

  • Define and implement contractual strategies for major tenders, projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and risk management principles.
  • Lead complex contractual and commercial negotiations with Clients, Joint Venture and Consortium Partners, and key Suppliers during both bidding and execution phases.
  • Advise senior management on significant contractual matters, commercial opportunities and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Support claims management, dispute resolution activities and strategic contractual decisions during project execution, safeguarding company interests.
  • Promote contractual best practices across the organization, mentoring Contract Management personnel and contributing to the development of contractual competencies.

What are we looking for?

Education: Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or equivalent disciplines.

Experience: At least 10 years of experience in Contract Management, gained within engineering, construction, energy, infrastructure or comparable international project environments.

Languages:

  • Fluent English
  • Fluent in French

Technical/IT Skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of contract management principles and international contracting practices.
  • Strong expertise in contractual risk assessment and mitigation.
  • Proven experience in claims management and dispute resolution.
  • Solid understanding of commercial management processes in complex international projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
