Purpose of the position: As Project Quality Manager Senior, you will report to the Quality Function and be part of the Quality Department. In this role, you will ensure the effective implementation of project quality requirements across international EPC/EPCM projects, driving quality performance, compliance, continuous improvement, and stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle, while supporting collaboration across project functions and contributing to the development of the project quality organization.

How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities:

  • Define, implement and maintain the Project Quality Management System and Project Quality Plan in compliance with contractual and company requirements.
  • Manage quality interfaces with Project Management, clients, partners, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning teams and execution centers.
  • Oversee supplier and subcontractor quality activities, including inspections, surveillance programs, ITPs, FAT/SAT and third-party inspections.
  • Lead audits, non-conformity management, root cause analysis, corrective actions and lessons learned activities, ensuring effectiveness of implemented solutions.
  • Provide leadership and technical guidance to project quality teams, fostering collaboration, capability development and continuous improvement.

What are we looking for?

Education: Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering or other relevant technical disciplines. Technical Diploma may be considered for candidates with significant relevant experience.

Experience: At least 10 years of experience in Quality Management within EPC, EPCM or complex industrial projects, with proven experience as Project Quality Manager, QA/QC Manager or equivalent roles.

Languages:

  • Fluent English
  • Knowledge of French is considered a plus

Technical/IT Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and auditing methodologies.
  • Experience in Project Quality Plans, audit programs, KPI monitoring and quality reporting.
  • Knowledge of supplier quality management, inspection activities and non-conformity management.
  • Familiarity with digital tools for NCR management, inspection management and data analysis dashboards.

Behavioural and Leadership Skills:

  • Collaboration and stakeholder management in multicultural and multidisciplinary environments.
  • Ability to align Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, clienti e partner.

  • Communication and influencing skills, anche nella gestione di confronti difficili.
  • Flexibility across project phases, execution models and organizational interfaces.

What else should you know? You will have the opportunity to travel internationally according to project requirements and to work closely with execution centers, suppliers, fabrication yards and project sites worldwide.
