GVS is looking for a Junior Global Key Account Manager to join its Energy & Mobility Division.

Based at the Group Headquarters in Zola Predosa (Bologna, Italy), the candidate will become part of a team responsible for developing and managing relationships with key customers in the Energy & mobility industry. The role will support business growth by strengthening existing partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and promoting innovative filtration solutions mainly within the mobility sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop an existing portfolio of customers within the Energy & Mobility filtration business.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned geographical area and market segments.
  • Conduct market analysis and business intelligence activities, with a focus on the emerging mobility trends.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing customers while developing new accounts through both standard products and customized filtration solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Prepare quotations, collect and share technical and commercial information, and support contract negotiations.
  • Coordinate communications between customers and internal departments, ensuring efficient information flow and project alignment.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering and Product Development teams around the world to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with timelines, technical requirements, and cost targets.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and the Quality Department in the management of claims, technical inquiries, and product-related issues.
  • Identify new applications and market opportunities in sectors where GVS technologies can generate value and support future business expansion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, preferably in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience, even limited, in a sales, account management, or business development role within the Automotive Tier 1 and/or OEM environment is considered a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • Availability for international travel (approximately 30% of working time).

The annual compensation range for this position is €25,000 to €32,000, with additional benefits such as a variable bonus. This compensation range has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including the scope of the role, required skills, relevant professional experience, qualifications, and level of responsibility.
