We are looking for a Medical Science Liaison for Innovative Therapies (CNS) to join our Medical Affairs team in Spain, covering Andalucía and part of Madrid.

In this role, you will represent Zambon as a scientific reference in your territory, building trusted, high-value scientific relationships with KOLs, healthcare professionals, scientific societies and other key stakeholders. You will contribute to the medical strategy through scientific exchange with healthcare stakeholders, identification of clinical insights and unmet needs, and the implementation of the regional medical plan.

The main responsibilities in this role are the following:

  • Scientific exchange and stakeholder engagement: Establish and maintain trusted scientific relationships with KOLs, DOLs, HCPs, scientific societies and other relevant stakeholders in the assigned territory, acting as a strategic scientific partner and ensuring a rigorous, compliant and value-added medical dialogue.
  • Evidence Generation: Support company-sponsored clinical studies and facilitate Investigator-Initiated Trials (IITs). Contribute to the generation of real-world evidence, posters and scientific publications.
  • Insights generation and medical intelligence: Identify and report clinical and strategic insights from the field in a structured way, including trends, barriers, opportunities and relevant information from the healthcare environment, patient journey and competitive landscape.
  • Regional Medical Plan: Design and implement the regional medical plan, including scientific activities such as advisory boards and scientific meetings, aligned with the medical strategy.
  • Internal scientific leadership: Act as a medical-scientific reference for internal stakeholders, including Sales and other cross-functional teams. Deliver scientific training sessions, support speaker development and contribute to scientific excellence across the organization. Participate in regional, national and international congresses and scientific meetings within the assigned therapeutic area.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all activities are performed in accordance with local regulations, international standards and Zambon’s internal policies.

WHO ARE YOU?

We believe you will be the perfect fit if you have:

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, Biomedicine or a related discipline.
  • PhD would be highly valued.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar Medical Affairs / MSL role.
  • Previous experience in the therapeutic area would be highly valued.
  • Strong ability to critically read and interpret scientific articles and clinical data.
  • Languages: Native or fluent Spanish and advanced English (C1).
