Events Associate

The Events Associate supports the events and sim racing experiences at the Dallara Experience Hub. This role is responsible for engaging with guests, supporting event operations, and helping maintain a clean, welcoming, and enjoyable environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, customer-focused, and passionate about motorsports and sim racing, with a commitment to creating memorable experiences for every guest.

Supervisory Responsibilities: None

Key Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Assist with the setup and teardown of events at the Dallara Experience Hub.
  • Ensure the event space and simulator areas remain clean, organized, and guest-ready.
  • Provide guest services such as greeting guests, offering directions, and answering questions.
  • Handle guest concerns professionally.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot simulator sessions and ensure guests follow safety and operational guidelines.
  • Conduct engaging guided tours of the Dallara Experience Hub for individual guests and groups.
  • Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Knowledge of motorsports or sim racing is preferred.
  • Friendly, energetic, and approachable demeanor.
  • Punctual attendance.
  • Race weekend availability.
  • Evening and weekend availability.

Physical Demands

  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to bend, twist, and stop as needed.

Location: Dallara Experience Hub, 1201 Main Street, Speedway, IN

Travel: No travel necessary.

Schedule: availability weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Up to 29 hours per week.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work:

This is a part-time position. Evening and weekend work may be required based on event needs.
