Job Title: Instrument Foreman

Location: Worldwide

Job Description:

MISSION

  • Coordinate and control the work of the dependent team based on instrumentation Scope of Work assigned
  • Distribute the equipment and materials to allow the team to perform the assigned activities

TASKS

  • Ensure that operators and all personnel belonging to the team strictly observe applicable safety standards
  • Ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the project quality requirements
  • Analyse the drawings receiv ed from the works supervisor and give instructions to the team in order to execute the works in accordance
  • Coordinate and check the work carried out by the team, reporting any difficulties to the works supervisor
  • Organise al l the means, equipment and materials necessary to perform the work. Check that they comply with applicable provisions, report any anomalies and coordinate any corrective actions
  • Liaise with the works supervisor in order to optimize the use of equipment and personnel
  • Carry out the daily toolbox talkings
  • Ensure adherence to the planned time frame
  • Ensure that any approved modification made during the execution of the works is duly marked-up on the relevant drawings, in order to allow the issue of As Built documentation
  • Provide the works supervisor with data on quantities produced and/or installed for updating progress reports and quantities accounting
  • Provide the work supervisor with data on manpower, equipment, tools and material used
  • Implement the permit-to-work system
  • Liaise with other disciplines on ongoing operations
  • Ensure the housekeeping of the work location

What are we looking for?

Education: High School/Secondary

Experience: 6 years as a Instrument Foreman within Offshore Hook-Up experience

Languages: English Language skills required

Technical Skills:

  • BOSIET and H2S Training
  • Hight Preferable Cable Glands training ATEX Certificate (any type of brand)
  • HSE Induction course and Basic Life Support
  • Experience with Permit to Work (PTW)
