In this capacity it is responsible for ensuring the application of necessary and adequate organizational and technical measures to protect your data. Information on data processing

Please note that all the personal data provided by you will be processed in accordance with current legislation on privacy. Therefore, the company undertakes to process said data in accordance with the principles of fairness, lawfulness, and transparency, in compliance with the purposes set out below, collecting said data only for specified and necessary purposes. Only authorised and properly trained personnel will be allowed the use of said data in order to guarantee the necessary confidentiality of the information provided.

Specifically, the company will collect, record, consult and generally process your data provided in the CV which are necessary exclusively for the online application process. Processing of the data is lawful only with consent from the data subject.

The company will process your data for the following purposes:

1. recruitment and selection of personnel aimed to begin an internship program.
   2) creation of an operational database to attain this objective.
   3) pre-contractual activities relating to your interest in being employed by the company.

The company, for its own legitimate interests, may also use the information gathered to assert or defend a right in court or in arbitration and conciliation procedures in the cases provided for by law.

Retention period of personal data

The company will delete your personal data, collected during registration, one year after the last time you access the system. We kindly advise you to keep your application updated.

Transfer and access to your data

The company – without needing your specific consent – may communicate your personal data to other subjects, the categories of which are described in detail below, for example:

• Saipem Group companies, even if not located in Angola, in order to carry out the activities required by the application process.
• Third parties (for example credit institutes, professional firms, consultants, insurance companies for the provision of insurance services, etc.) who carry out outsourcing activities on behalf of Data Controller.
• Judicial authorities, Insurance companies for the provision of insurance service, as well as those subjects to whom communication is required by law. These subjects will process the data in their capacity as independent Data Controllers.

Your rights

With reference to the data processed, the company guarantees that you have the right:

• to receive confirmation of the existence of your personal data and to receive them in an intelligible form.
• to obtain the updating, rectification, or integration of your data
• to request the deletion of your data, within the terms permitted by law, or request the pseudonymization of your data.
• to object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of your personal data.
• to restrict the processing, in case of violation, request for rectification or opposition.
• to request the portability of electronically processed data, provided on the basis of consent or contract.
• to withdraw consent for the processing of your data, if required.

For this purpose, the company has provided a specific section on the website where you can download the necessary forms. Alternatively, you may request the forms by email sending an email to the following address: privacy@saipem.com to submit your request free of charge.

Please be informed that the company shall undertake to respond to your requests within one month, except in cases of particular complexity, so it may take up to 3 months. In any case, the company will notify you of any delay within one month of your request.

You will receive your reply in writing, either digitally or on hard copy. Should you request the rectification, the cancellation and / or the limitation of data processing, the company undertakes to notify each recipient of your data of your request, unless this proves to be impossible or involves a disproportionate effort.

Please remember that the withdrawal of consent, if the lawfulness of processing was based on consent, does not affect the lawfulness of the processing, before revocation of consent.

Please be advised that you may be asked for payment, if your application is manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive; to this end, the company keeps a register to track your request for action.

Informações sobre processamento de dados

Por favor, tome nota que, todos os dados pessoais fornecidos serão processados de acordo com a legislação vigente sobre privacidade de dados. Portanto, a empresa compromete-se a tratar os referidos dados de acordo com os princípios de equidade, licitude e transparência, em conformidade com as finalidades abaixo descritas, recolhendo os referidos dados apenas para finalidades especificadas e propósitos necessário. Apenas o pessoal autorizado e devidamente formado estará autorizado a utilizar os referidos dados, a fim de garantir a necessária confidencialidade das informações fornecidas.

Especificamente, a empresa irá recolher, registar, consultar e processar genericamente os dados fornecidos no CV que sejam necessários exclusivamente para o processo de candidatura online. O processamento dos dados só são legais com o consentimento do titular dos dados.

A empresa tratará os seus dados para as seguintes finalidades: 

1.    Recrutamento e seleção de pessoal com o objetivo de iniciar um programa de estágio.
2.    Criação de uma base de dados operacional para alcançar este objetivo.

Período de conservação dos dados Pessoais

A empresa irá elimina os seus dados pessoais recolhidos durante o registo, um ano após a sua última vez que acedeu ao sistema. Aconselhamo-lo a manter a sua candidatura actualizada.

Transferência e acesso aos seus dados

A empresa - sem necessidade do seu consentimento específico - pode partilhar os seus dados pessoais com outras instituições, cujas categorias das quais são descritas em detalhes abaixo, por exemplo:

•    Empresas do grupo Saipem, mesmo as que não estão localizadas em Angola, a fim de realizar as actividades exigidas pelo processo de candidatura. 
•    Terceiros (por exemplo, instituições de crédito, empresas profissionais, consultores, serviços de seguros, etc.) que realizam actividades de externalização em nome da controladora de dados.
•    Autorização judicial, companhias de serviços de seguros, bem como aqueles sujeitos a quem a comunicação é exigida por lei. Estes titulares tratarão os dados na qualidade de responsáveis pelo tratamento de dados independentes.

Seus direitos

No que diz respeito ao tratamento dos seus dados pessoais, a empresa garante que tem o direito de: 

•    receber a confirmação da existência dos dados pessoais, e pode ser recebido de forma inteligível;
•    Para obter atualização, retificação ou integração dos seus dados.
•    Solicitar a eliminação dos referidos dados, nos termos permitidos por lei, ou solicitar a pseudonimização dos dados.
•    Opor-se, no todo ou em parte, por motivos legítimos, ao tratamento dos seus dados pessoais, bem como restringir o tratamento, em caso de violação, pedido de retificação ou oposição.
•    Solicitar a portabilidade dos dados tratados eletronicamente, fornecidos na base do contrato ou consentimento. 
•    Retirar o consentimento para o tratamento dos seus dados pessoais, caso necessário.

Para este efeito, a empresa disponibilizou uma secção específica no website onde pode carregar os formulários necessários. Em alternativa, pode solicitar os formulários enviando um e-mail para o seguinte endereço: privacy@saipem.com, a solicitação de obtenção dos dados é de forma gratuita.

Informamos que a empresa se comprometerá a responder ao seu pedido no prazo de um mês, excepto em casos particulares de complexidade, pelo que poderá demorar até 3 meses. Em qualquer caso, a empresa notificará eventuais atrasos no prazo de um mês após o pedido.

Poderá receber a resposta por escrito, em formato digital ou em papel. Caso solicite a retificação, o cancelamento e/ou a limitação do tratamento de dados, a empresa compromete-se a notificar cada destinatário sobre os seus dados apos o seu pedido, salvo se tal se revelar impossível ou implicar um esforço desproporcionado. 

Lembre-se que a revogação do consentimento, se a licitude do tratamento foi baseada no consentimento, não afeta a licitude do tratamento, antes da revogação. 

Informamos que poderá ser solicitado um pagamento, caso o seu pedido seja manifestado de forma infundada, excessivo ou repetitiva; Para isso, a empresa mantém um cadastro para rastrear a sua solicitação.
