ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy System Engineer Trainee to join our IT Team. Reporting directly to the IT Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our employees, ensuring their digital workspace is efficient and functional. This role is ideal for someone eager to dive into the technical heart of a global organization and gain hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and support.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Providing prompt and effective technical assistance to employees to resolve daily IT challenges.
  • Assisting in identifying and fixing hardware, software, and network-related issues to minimize downtime.
  • Supporting the installation, configuration, and proactive maintenance of computers, mobile devices, and peripheral IT equipment.
  • Maintaining accurate records of support requests, solutions provided, and creating clear technical procedures for internal use.
  • Collaborating with the IT team to analyze recurring issues and suggesting improvements to support processes and system reliability.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of ITIS High School, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Proficiency with Windows operating systems and the Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft 365).
  • A solid understanding of common hardware components and peripheral devices (printers, scanners, docking stations).
  • Familiarity with fundamental networking concepts such as Wi-Fi connectivity, IP addresses, and internet protocols.
  • A natural ability to perform logical troubleshooting for software and hardware issues.
  • Strong communication skills, a service-oriented attitude, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
