We are continuously recruiting talented Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support Advisors based in Valencia for exciting international projects across Europe.

If you are a native speaker of one of the following languages, we’d love to hear from you:

  • Estonian
  • Latvian
  • Lithuanian
  • Danish
  • Finnish
  • Norwegian
  • Swedish
  • Dutch
  • Flemish

What you’ll do:

  • Provide excellent customer support via phone, email and/or chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Deliver a high-quality customer experience.
  • Work with international teams in a multicultural environment.

What we’re looking for:

  • Native level in one of the languages listed above.
  • Good command of English/Spanish (B2 level or higher).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset.
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not always required.
