Finance Manager

Elisa IndustrIQ France, is an international player in industrial software and supply chain digitalization. We help manufacturing companies accelerate their digital transformation through advanced solutions based on analytics, artificial intelligence, and automation.

To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Finance Manager to lead the company's financial and administrative activities while contributing to the continuous improvement of our financial processes and supporting strategic business decisions.

As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's finance and accounting activities, ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting and supporting management with reliable financial analysis and business insights.

You will work closely with senior management and with the Group Finance organization, contributing to the development of efficient financial processes and helping the business achieve its strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the company's general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets processes.
  • Coordinate monthly and year-end closing activities, ensuring compliance with Group reporting deadlines.
  • Prepare statutory financial statements and support external audit activities.
  • Manage treasury operations, cash flow forecasting, and short- and medium-term financial planning.
  • Prepare annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and variance analyses, supporting management in financial decision-making.
  • Monitor financial KPIs and prepare management reporting.
  • Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors, banks, and public authorities.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement of finance processes, internal controls, and financial systems.
  • Work closely with the Group Finance team to ensure consistency of financial reporting and corporate policies.
  • Act as a business partner by supporting management with profitability analyses, financial evaluations, and data-driven recommendations to support business growth.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Controlling roles.
  • Strong experience managing the full accounting cycle and preparing statutory financial statements.
  • Solid knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and management reporting.
  • Good knowledge of French accounting principles; familiarity with IFRS is considered a plus.
  • Experience working with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach to problem solving.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic business environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
