CRM Specialist

We are looking for a CRM Specialist to join our Corporate IT Application Team and play a key role in the evolution of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing and Customer Service teams, helping translate business needs into effective CRM solutions that support our commercial and marketing processes across multiple business units and geographies.

This is a functional role focused on CRM platform management, business analysis and continuous improvement rather than software development. You will work in a dynamic international environment, contributing to the company's digital transformation while promoting system adoption, data quality and process standardisation.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Platform Management & Configuration

  • Coordinate the day-to-day administration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (entities, security roles, workflows, views and dashboards).
  • Configure and maintain system settings, integrations, and business process flows in line with evolving business requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Application Team and external consultants to design and implement enhancements, releases, and patches.

Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Gather and analyse business requirements from Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams.
  • Translate functional requirements into CRM configurations and technical specifications.

Data Governance & Quality

  • Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of CRM data through cleansing activities.
  • Define and enforce data entry standards and governance policies in collaboration with business owners.
  • Support integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, marketing automation, BI tools).

Support & Continuous Improvement

  • Coordinate AMS (Application Management Services) activities together with our external consulting partners, ensuring agreed service levels are met.
  • Monitor Dynamics 365 roadmap updates and assess opportunities to improve existing processes.
  • Contribute to Corporate IT projects, including potential rollouts to new regions or business units.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales module).
  • Solid understanding of CRM concepts: pipeline management, lead/opportunity lifecycle and account management.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI) for workflow automation and reporting.
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 with SAP or other ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and IT project management practices.
  • Experience working on Dynamics 365 projects in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors or alongside consulting firms (e.g. Deloitte, KPMG, Accenture).
  • Knowledge of Marketing Automation tools (e.g. Salesforce Account Engagement).
