ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager Retail to lead the human resources management for our sales network. In this role, you will have end-to-end responsibility for the retail employee lifecycle, serving as the strategic link between corporate HR strategies and store operational needs. You will be responsible for ensuring management excellence, legal compliance, and talent development to support the growth of our brands across the European market.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Translate business objectives into HR action plans for the retail channel, overseeing the implementation of company policies across all points of sale.
  • Manage industrial relations and complex disciplinary matters, ensuring full compliance with the Italian "CCNL Commercio" and local labor regulations.
  • Oversee performance management processes and succession planning for Store Managers and sales staff, collaborating with the Training department to bridge skill gaps.
  • Define and optimize the talent acquisition strategy for retail, ensuring teams are fully staffed and aligned with brand quality standards.
  • Monitor retail labor costs, analyze HR KPIs (turnover, absenteeism, productivity), and provide periodic reports to management to support data-driven decisions.
  • Coordinate and support District Managers in daily people management, conducting regular store visits to maintain a strong connection with the territory.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • At least 5–6 years of experience in HR roles with increasing responsibility, with a specific and consolidated focus on the Retail, Fashion, or FMCG sectors.
  • Deep knowledge of Italian labor law and proven experience in managing union relations and labor disputes.
  • Strong ability to analyze data and manage HR budgets.
  • Fluency in English and Italian is essential for daily international coordination.
  • Excellent leadership and diplomacy skills with a "hands-on" approach to problem-solving.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across national and international territories.

Remuneration

We offer a Gross Annual Salary (RAL) within a range between €48.000 and €60.000, based on skills, seniority level, and the alignment of the candidate’s profile with the role requirements.

Additional, accessory, or variable remuneration components will be defined at the contractual offer stage, based on the specific responsibilities and characteristics of the position.
