System Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating and supervising multidisciplinary engineering activities related to defined engineering systems or plant areas that are critical to the project
  • Ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and achievement of project objectives in terms of Schedule, Cost and quality
  • Supporting Project and Technical Management through active coordination within engineering teams , across key project functions & facilitate technical decision‑making
  • Lead 3D model reviews,  ensuring resolution and proper implementation of outcomes, supervise start‑up, development, and execution of 3D model activities until handover to Site.
  • Act as a key technical interface with the Client for matters related to the 3D model and assigned systems or plant areas.
  • Experience in Vendor management, Engineering HOLD management, and project engineering closeout activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
  • Engineering with 15+ years relevant experience
  • Project Engineering Experience
  • Hands-on experience on 3D review software
