We are looking for a Training Center to join our headquarters in Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting hierarchically to the Head of Manufacturing Services.

You will be responsible to support and to deliver:

- “on-boarding” trainings to new entrance blue collars of industrial area

- “off The JOB” technical trainings to blue collars of industrial area

- training about safety topics to all blue collar of the company

  • Gathering of information regarding new entrance of blue collars.
  • Design, Planning, organization, delivery of “on boarding trainings” to blue collars of Industrial area
  • Design, Planning, organization, delivery and monitoring of technical trainings for blue collar of Industrial area (either temporaries/new entrance or consolidated personnel)
  • Planning, organization, delivery and monitoring of mandatory safety training (“Accordo Stato Regioni”, forklift driver, PLE user, PES/PAV etc..) in respect of law prescriptions given by the Company RSPP
  • Continuous improvements, update and optimization of trainings, following the needs of Industrial Area
  • Regular updating of trainings database (SAP-HR), creation where necessary of specific reports to check the training status
  • Creation of new trainings in according to new needs

About you

  • University degree in Engineering or technical diploma
  • Experience in Automotive/Manufacturing industry as well as industrial processes (at least 4 years)
  • Full proficiency in English and Italian; German is a plus but not mandatory
