We are looking for new sales talent to join our Simonelli Group Sales Team. Specifically, we are seeking a recent graduate or young professional who is curious, goal-oriented and fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese.
The Junior Sales Manager will support the commercial development of the assigned markets, driving sell-out performance, strengthening distributor partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities. The role will also contribute to the development of key accounts and strategic partnerships, supporting the company’s multichannel growth strategy and market expansion objectives.

PRIVACY NOTICE PURSUANT TO ARTICLES 13 AND 14 OF REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR)
Pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”), we hereby inform you about the processing of your personal data collected in the context of recruitment, selection and evaluation activities aimed at the hiring of new personnel (hereinafter, “Talent Acquisition”) at Simonelli Group S.p.A.
DATA CONTROLLER
The Data Controller is SIMONELLI GROUP S.P.A., with registered office in Belforte del Chienti (MC), Via E. Betti no. 1, Tax Code and VAT no. 01951160439 (hereinafter, the “Controller”).
TALENT ACQUISITION PROCESSING
Within the scope of Talent Acquisition activities, the Controller collects and processes personal data voluntarily provided by the data subject through the submission of a curriculum vitae or through other application methods.
In this context, the following processing activities are carried out.
Categories of Data Processed
The personal data processed by the Controller include the following:
a. identification data (first name, last name, date and place of birth, tax identification number or VAT number, residential address, etc.);
b. contact details (addresses and contact information, email addresses, certified email addresses (PEC), telephone and fax numbers);
c. data relating to education and professional background (education and training, diplomas, degrees, training courses, previous work experience, etc.);
d. health data (where applicable);
e. membership in trade unions, associations or organizations of a trade union nature;
f. political, religious and philosophical beliefs (where applicable);
g. belonging to protected categories;
h. any additional data voluntarily provided by the data subject in the curriculum vitae.
Personal data are freely provided by the Data Subject.
Purposes of Processing and Legal Basis
The provision of the above data is a voluntary choice of the Data Subject. Personal data will be processed for the following purpose:
Management of applications for job positions at Simonelli Group S.p.A. or at companies controlled by, affiliated with, or otherwise belonging to the Controller’s corporate group, including those located abroad.
The above processing is based on the Data Subject’s consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 9(2)(a) GDPR), given at the time the data are provided.
The Data Subject has the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to such withdrawal. For information on how to exercise the right of withdrawal, please refer to the section “Data Subject’s Rights”.
Failure to provide the data or the withdrawal of consent by the Data Subject will result in the impossibility of processing the data for the above purpose and may prevent the proper submission of the application through the online platform.
Data Retention Period
Personal data will be retained for the period necessary to carry out the recruitment process and, in any case, for no longer than 2 years from the submission of an unsolicited application.
Data Disclosure
Personal data may be disclosed to external parties duly appointed as data processors (Article 28 GDPR), who process such data on behalf of the Controller, as well as to Public Authorities and Judicial Authorities, in compliance with legal or judicial obligations.
In particular, data may be processed by the following categories of recipients:
- IT technical experts and software providers assisting the Controller in the development, maintenance and management of its IT infrastructure and internal management systems;
- labour law and Talent Acquisition consultants.
Data processing takes place within the European Union and no transfer of personal data to Third Countries or international organizations is envisaged, except where required for technical reasons related to data hosting. In such cases, all necessary safeguards will be adopted to ensure the highest level of protection of personal data, based on:
a) adequacy decisions adopted by the European Commission regarding the recipient Third Countries;
b) appropriate safeguards provided by the recipient third party pursuant to Article 46 of the Regulation;
c) the adoption of binding corporate rules.
The dissemination of personal data is not envisaged.
With reference to applications relating to positions open at companies controlled by, affiliated with, or otherwise belonging to the Controller’s corporate group, including those located abroad, personal data may be disclosed to such companies exclusively for purposes related to the management of the recruitment process and the evaluation of the application. In such cases, unless otherwise specifically indicated in the job posting, Simonelli Group S.p.A. remains the Data Controller, as the entity that centrally manages the Talent Acquisition process, without prejudice to the fact that any employment relationship will be established directly with the company where the position is open.
Use of Artificial Intelligence Tools
Pursuant to Article 11, paragraph 2, of Law No. 132 of 24 April 2025, the Controller hereby informs that, within the scope of Talent Acquisition activities, Artificial Intelligence tools may be used to support the analysis, organization and classification of curricula vitae and job applications.
Such tools are used in a secure, reliable and transparent manner, as they operate based on predefined and verifiable criteria, with traceability of the operations performed, under the supervision of authorized personnel and with the possibility of monitoring, reviewing and correcting the results generated.
The use of such tools is limited to supporting the analysis, organization and classification of applications, in compliance with human dignity, the confidentiality of personal data and the rights of data subjects.
Artificial Intelligence tools operate solely as support to human evaluation, without prejudice to the fact that the Controller’s authorized personnel always retain control over the recruitment process and may review all applications.
Therefore, the use of such tools is not intended to result in decisions based solely on automated processing of data pursuant to Article 22 GDPR.
SECURITY MEASURES
Personal data will be processed both in paper-based and electronic form. All appropriate procedures and technical and organizational measures will be adopted in order to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the information, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
DATA SUBJECT’S RIGHTS
Pursuant to Articles 13–21 of the GDPR, under the conditions set forth therein, the Data Subject may at any time exercise the following rights vis-à-vis the Controller:
- right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data (see section “Purposes of Processing and Legal Basis”);
- right of access (the Data Subject has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them are being processed, to receive information regarding the data processed and to obtain a copy thereof);
- right to rectification (the Data Subject may request the updating or correction of their personal data);
- right to erasure (the so-called “right to be forgotten”) (the Data Subject may request the deletion of their personal data in the cases and under the conditions set forth in Article 17 GDPR);
- right to data portability (in the cases and under the conditions set forth in Article 20 GDPR, the Data Subject has the right to receive their personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and, where technically feasible, to have those data transmitted to another controller without hindrance);
- right to restriction of processing (the Data Subject may request the restriction of processing of their personal data in the cases set forth in Article 18 GDPR. In such event, the data may be processed by the Controller, in addition to storage, only with the consent of the Data Subject or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or for reasons of public interest);
- right to object (where personal data are processed on the basis of public interest or the Controller’s legitimate interest, the Data Subject has the right to object to the processing on grounds relating to their particular situation);
- right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).

Ai sensi degli artt. 13 e 14 del Regolamento (UE) 2016/679 (“GDPR”), La informiamo in merito al trattamento dei Suoi dati personali raccolti nell’ambito delle attività di ricerca, selezione e valutazione del personale finalizzati all’inserimento in azienda di nuove risorse (di seguito, “Talent Acquisition”) presso Simonelli Group S.p.A.
TITOLARE DEL TRATTAMENTO
Titolare del Trattamento dei dati è SIMONELLI GROUP S.P.A., con sede legale in Belforte del Chienti (MC), Via E. Betti n. 1, C.F. e P.I. 01951160439 (di seguito “Titolare”).
TRATTAMENTO TALENT ACQUISITION
Nell’ambito delle attività di Talent Acquisition, il Titolare raccoglie e tratta i dati personali liberamente forniti dall’interessato tramite l’invio del curriculum vitae o altre modalità di candidatura. In tale contesto vengono eseguiti i seguenti trattamenti.
Categorie di dati trattati
I dati personali trattati dal Titolare sono i seguenti:
a. dati anagrafici (Nome, Cognome, Data e Luogo di nascita, Codice Fiscale o Partita Iva, indirizzo di residenza, ecc.);
b. dati di contatto (indirizzi e recapiti, indirizzi email, PEC, numeri telefono e fax);
c. dati relativi all’istruzione ed alla carriera (studi eseguiti, diplomi, lauree, corsi di formazione, precedenti esperienze lavorative, ecc.)
d. dati sanitari (eventuali);
e. adesione ad un sindacato, ad associazioni od organizzazioni a carattere sindacale;
f. idee politiche, religiose e filosofiche (eventuali);
g. appartenenza a categorie protette;
h. eventuali ulteriori dati comunicati dall’interessato nel C.V.
I dati personali sono liberamente forniti dall’Interessato.
Finalità del trattamento e base giuridica
Il conferimento dei predetti dati costituisce una libera scelta dell’Interessato. I dati personali saranno trattati per la seguente finalità:
- Gestione delle candidature per posizioni lavorative presso Simonelli Group S.p.A. o società controllate, collegate o comunque appartenenti al gruppo societario del Titolare, anche aventi sede all’estero.
Il predetto trattamento si basa sul consenso dell’Interessato (art. 6, comma 1, lett. a GDPR e 9, comma 2, lett. a GDPR), prestato al momento del conferimento dei dati.
L’Interessato ha diritto di revocare il consenso in qualsiasi momento senza pregiudicare la liceità del trattamento prestato prima della revoca. Sulle modalità di esercizio del diritto di revoca v. sezione “Diritti dell’interessato”.
La mancata comunicazione dei dati o l’eventuale revoca del consenso da parte dell’Interessato comporterà l’impossibilità di trattare i dati per la predetta finalità e potrebbe impedire la corretta presentazione della candidatura tramite piattaforma online.
Tempo di conservazione dei dati
I dati personali verranno conservati per il periodo necessario al procedimento di selezione del personale e comunque non oltre 2 anni dalla trasmissione della candidatura spontanea.
Comunicazione dei dati
I dati personali potranno essere comunicati a soggetti esterni, debitamente nominati responsabili del trattamento (art. 28 GDPR), che trattino gli stessi per conto del Titolare, oltre che alla Pubblica Amministrazione ed all’Autorità giudiziaria, in adempimento di obblighi di legge o giurisdizionali.
In particolare, i dati potranno essere trattati dalle seguenti categorie di destinatari:
- Esperti tecnici informatici e software house che assistano la Titolare ai fini dello sviluppo, della manutenzione e della cura della propria infrastruttura informatica e del gestionale interno;
- consulenti in materia lavoristica e di Talent Acquisition.
Il trattamento dei dati avviene all’interno dell’Unione Europea e non è previsto il trasferimento degli stessi presso Paesi Terzi o Organizzazioni internazionali, se non per esigenze tecniche legate all’hosting dei dati. In tal caso, saranno comunque adottate tutte le cautele necessarie al fine di garantire la più totale protezione dei dati personali basando tale trasferimento: a) su decisioni di adeguatezza dei paesi terzi destinatari espressi dalla Commissione Europea; b) su garanzie adeguate espresse dal soggetto terzo destinatario ai sensi dell’art. 46 del Regolamento; c) sull’adozione di norme vincolanti d’impresa.
Non è prevista la diffusione dei dati personali.
Con riferimento alle candidature relative a posizioni aperte presso società controllate, collegate o comunque appartenenti al gruppo societario del Titolare, anche aventi sede all’estero, i dati personali potranno essere comunicati alle medesime società esclusivamente per le finalità connesse alla gestione della procedura di selezione e alla valutazione della candidatura. In tali casi, salvo diversa specifica indicazione nell’annuncio di selezione, Simonelli Group S.p.A. resta Titolare del trattamento, in quanto soggetto che gestisce centralmente il processo di Talent Acquisition, fermo restando che l’eventuale instaurazione del rapporto di lavoro avverrà direttamente con la società presso cui la posizione è aperta.
Utilizzo di strumenti di intelligenza artificiale
Ai sensi dell’art. 11, comma 2, della Legge 24 aprile 2025, n. 132, il Titolare informa che, nell’ambito delle attività di Talent Acquisition, potrebbero essere utilizzati strumenti di Intelligenza Artificiale a supporto dell’analisi, organizzazione e classificazione dei curriculum vitae e delle candidature. Tali strumenti sono utilizzati in modo sicuro, affidabile e trasparente, in quanto impiegati sulla base di criteri predefiniti e verificabili, con tracciamento delle operazioni compiute, sotto la supervisione del personale autorizzato e con possibilità di controllo, riesame e correzione dei risultati generati. L’utilizzo degli strumenti è inoltre limitato alle finalità di supporto all’analisi, organizzazione e classificazione delle candidature, nel rispetto della dignità umana, della riservatezza dei dati personali e dei diritti degli interessati. Gli strumenti di Intelligenza Artificiale operano quale supporto alla valutazione umana, fermo restando che il personale autorizzato del Titolare mantiene in ogni caso il controllo sul processo di selezione e può riesaminare tutte le candidature. L’utilizzo di tali strumenti, pertanto, non è finalizzato ad ottenere decisioni basate unicamente sul trattamento automatizzato dei dati, ai sensi dell’art. 22 GDPR.
MISURE DI SICUREZZA
I dati personali saranno sottoposti a trattamento cartaceo e informatico. Saranno adottate, a tal fine, tutte le procedure idonee a proteggerne la riservatezza, l’integrità e la disponibilità delle informazioni nel rispetto delle norme vigenti.
DIRITTI DELL’INTERESSATO
Ai sensi degli artt. 13-21 del GDPR, alle condizioni ivi previste, l’interessato potrà in ogni momento esercitare nei confronti del Titolare i seguenti diritti:
- diritto a revocare il consenso al trattamento dei dati (v. sezione “Finalità del trattamento e base giuridica”);
- diritto di accesso (l’interessato ha diritto di avere conferma circa l’esistenza del trattamento, nonché informazioni sui dati trattati ed a ricevere una copia degli stessi);
- diritto di rettifica (l’interessato può chiedere l’aggiornamento o la correzione dei propri dati personali);
- diritto alla cancellazione dei dati (cd. “diritto all’oblio”) (l’interessato può richiedere la cancellazione dei propri dati personali, nei casi ed alle condizioni di cui all’art. 17 GDPR);
- diritto alla portabilità (nei casi ed alle condizioni di cui all’art. 20 GDPR, l’interessato ha diritto di ricevere i propri dati in formato strutturato, di uso comune e leggibile da dispositivo automatico e, ove tecnicamente fattibile, di ottenerne il trasferimento senza ostacoli ad un altro titolare).
