We are looking for a QMS, Process & System Management to join our Headquarter at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO).
You will hierarchically report to the Head of Quality Strategy, System & Product Integrity.
You will be responsible to ensure and steers the management of whole Quality Management System in the company, from approval phase of Brand about Q-Policy to the auditing and certification phase by external entities or authorities. As leader of the Quality Manual and indicated processes, you will be responsible to individuate and control specific Quality Risks and initialize with related Quality OUs the needed countermeasures. You will be also responsible to find synergies and actions inside and together to other Management Systems and Committees (PCMS, PTO, PEP etc..). Central management in Quality for Digitalization Plan and initiatives.
Your main activities will be:
Management of QMS
- Interfunctional Steering of QMS activities, including yearly system revision and approval by Board
- Management of yearly QMS Audit Plan, including execution of focused System Audits about “hot-topics” with active Task Forces (Special Projects: e.g. D/TLD process, Re-qualification/certification process etc…)
- Yearly external audit for ISO9000 Certification or external authorities for different markets (e.g. Chinese)
- Responsible of continuous improvement of QMS process/System/Trainings & KPI panel (e.g. use of IA tools)
- RQA reference for L/GQ-Z
- L/GQ member into Group QMS steering Committee
L/GQ Reference for ICS
- L/GQ specialist for Risks identification and planning
- L/GQ reference for ICS internal and external activities & Audits
- L/GQ participant & reference into Governance Team
Reference for Systems & related meetings
- Central reference in L/GQ into IT Steering Committee for Digitalizazion
- Plan & Initiatives, inside the frame of Brand Strategy ad Q-Strategy
- Central reference in L/GQ for PCMS working team
- L/GQ-Z participant into PMTO
- L/GQ-Z reference into PEP Team
Responsible for all the activities above to indicate gaps to targets or defined plan and to initialize the escalations to needed actions with report to upper levels of L/GQ or Board.
About you
- University Degree (e.g. Engineering / Economics field)
- At least 5 years of professional experience, primarily gained in the Quality field; additional experience (e.g. in industrial environments, procurement, R&D) is considered a plus.
- English knowledge, German will be considered a plus
- Technical Knowledge of Products and Process
- Knowledge of ISO/IATF/VDA standard and Quality Management Systems
- Knowledge of Strategy Tools and Marketing as plus
- Helicopter-view vision and interfuctional approach to problems
- Strategic approach to future innovations and digital solutions
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Structured Process orientation and lesson learned approach
- Good Relational and negotiation skills
