We wish to inform you that European Regulation No. 679 of April 27, 2016, on the processing of personal data provides for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.
Pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679, we therefore invite you to take note of the information and to express your consent to the processing of your data by signing the consent form.
1. Identification details of the Data Controller (and any other parties)
The Data Controller is MAGNAGHI SPA, with registered office in Via Galileo Ferraris, 76 – Naples
2. Purpose of processing
The processing of the personal data provided is solely for the purpose of
a) evaluating the candidate;
b) internal statistical analysis;
g) sending any proposals for collaboration;
The legal basis for the processing is explicit consent.
3. Methods of processing
Personal data will be processed in paper, computerized, and telematic form and entered into the relevant databases, which may be accessed by those responsible for data processing.
The processing may also be carried out by third parties who provide specific processing, administrative, or instrumental services necessary to achieve the above purposes.
All data processing operations are carried out in such a way as to guarantee the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of personal data.
4. Data retention period
The data provided will be retained for a maximum period of 12 months.
5. Scope of communication and dissemination of data
In relation to the purposes indicated in point 2, the data may be communicated to the following subjects
(by way of example only):
to third parties used by the data controller in the pursuit of the purposes communicated, who provide specific processing, administrative, or instrumental services necessary for the achievement of the above purposes.
6. Rights referred to in Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21, and 22 of EU Regulation 2016/679
We inform you that, as a data subject, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority , which you may exercise by submitting a specific request to the Data Controller and/or Data Processor, in relation to the articles listed.
Art. 15-Right of access
The data subject has the right to obtain from the data controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her are being processed and, where that is the case, access to the personal data and information relating to the processing.
Art. 16 - Right to rectification
The data subject has the right to obtain from the data controller the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning him/her without undue delay. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, the data subject has the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by means of providing a supplementary statement.
Art. 17 - Right to erasure (right to be forgotten)
The data subject has the right to obtain from the data controller the erasure of personal data concerning him or her without undue delay, and the data controller has the obligation to erase personal data without undue delay.
Art. 18 - Right to restriction of processing
The data subject has the right to obtain from the data controller the restriction of processing where one of the following applies:
a) the data subject contests the accuracy of the personal data, for the period necessary for the data controller to verify the accuracy of such personal data;
b) the processing is unlawful and the data subject opposes the erasure of the personal data and requests the restriction of their use instead;
c) although the data controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, the data subject needs it for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims;
d) the data subject has objected to processing pursuant to Article 21(1), pending verification of whether the legitimate grounds of the controller override those of the data subject.
Art. 20 - Right to data portability
The data subject shall have the right to receive the personal data concerning him or her, which he or she has provided to a controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from the controller to which the personal data have been provided.
In exercising their rights in relation to data portability under this paragraph, the data subject has the right to have the personal data transmitted directly from one controller to another, where technically feasible.
Art. 21 - Right to object
The data subject has the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to his or her particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning him or her pursuant to Article 6(e) or (f), including profiling based on those provisions.
Art. 22 - Right not to be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling
The data subject has the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning him or her or similarly significantly affects him or her.
