We are looking for a Compensation, Benefit and Personnel Cost Planning to join our headquarters at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO). You will report hierarchically to the Head of Organization, Strategic Workforce Planning & Reward.

You will be responsible together with the colleague of Comp, Benefit & Pers. Cost Planning for implementing the Compensation and Benefit guidelines, including the related tools to run the annual Salary Review process.

You will be responsible for coordinating all necessary activities to guarantee the Compensation Market benchmark analysis performed with UpToDate Grading positions with the aim to develop a competitive compensation structure, ensuring internal equity, compliance with labor laws, and providing strategic guidance to attract and retain top talents.

You will be responsible together with the colleague of Comp, Benefit & Pers. Cost Planning to develop and optimize the Company Personnel Cost: performing Strategic planning 10 years and Operative planning 5 years and 1 year cost budgeting and monitoring the financial impact based on Bargains changes (CCNL, Internal Bargain), Meritocracy, Absenteeism, Holiday, Overtime and Shifts schemes, benefits impact, and all other item (compensation and hours) that influence the cost and the hourly rate. You will be responsible for developing the Standard Group hourly rate according to the Group classification.

You will be responsible for the following activities:

  • Labour Costs Planning (10 or 5 years), 1 year Budgeting and monitoring, in collaboration with Controlling and in close collaboration with Personnel costs and Data Analytics and Group Reporting. Labour Cost monthly closure and analysis and quarterly Tableau de Bord with Finance.
  • Develop the Personnel Costs impact in case of Internal Bargain renewals creating different scenarios and analyze cost opportunity and optimization.
  • Performs standard Group hourly rate for Lamborghini and results communication Internally, with Finance and Audi and hourly rate calculation for founded Lamborghini training and Regional/National/European funds, R&D tax credits.
  • Collaborates for the Personnel Costs Tool development/new tool implementation and the system requirements in collaboration with Compensation and Personnel Costs Planning, IT team and the requirements of Controlling.
  • Conduct market research and salary surveys to ensure competitive compensation packages including benefits offers, analyzing compensation data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement performing the documentation for Pay Certification (e.g. Market Positioning and Gender Pay Gap)
  • Collaborate with Organization colleagues for the Job evaluation useful for salary market benchmark.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations regarding compensation and benefits including the Internal Bargain compensation items.
  • Train Managers on Compensation Guideline to perform the Annual Salary Review Process. Communicate compensation plans and changes to employees including the Total Reward Statement update,
  • Collaborate with HR Performance and Development on performance evaluation processes linked to MBO/Incentives scheme.
  • Collaborate with HR Talent Acquisition for the hirings proposals in line with the guideline and the personnel costs planning.
  • Support on internal and external audits if needed.

About you

  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Statistics, or 1st level Master in HR
  • Fluent in English and Italian, German will be considered a plus
  • > 5 years of experience in the Human Resources field: Personnel Costs Analysis and HR Analytics, Compensation & Benefits management, Position grading methodology and Job evaluations
  • Economics/Business Management

  • Knowledge of compensation laws and regulations and related company costs impact
  • Knowledge of the main Job Evaluation and Grading Systems
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Proficiency in compensation and Personnel costs software and tools (SAP HCM, Success Factor, BWPER)
