For our Valencia office we are looking for a:

Contact Center Business Manager

Who are you?

  • You have superb interpersonal and leadership skills which are vital for this role, as good teamwork is important for our business success

  • You have the ability to build consensus and relationships among team members, staff and employees.

  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • You are a creative, proactive and problem solver

  • You have good organizational and time management skills

  • You have a positive attitude and good presentation skills

  • You possess the ability to identify opportunities for growth

  • You are fluent in English and Spanish language (written and spoken)

  • You have good knowledge and use of the main MS Office applications (word, excel) and e-mail

  • You have working experience in the area, preferably coming from international business contexts

It is considered a plus:

  • If you have knowledge of Italian.

  • If you are familiar with customer-care department operations.

What are you going to do?

  • You will determine contact center operational strategies by conducting needs assessments, performance reviews, capacity planning, and cost/benefit analysis;

  • You will provide inspired leadership for the organization and support worker communication with the management team.

  • You will ensure staff members are achieving desired service levels and take corrective action, as needed.

  • You will contribute information and analysis to organizational strategic plans and reviews.

  • You will maintain and improve contact center operations by monitoring system performance; identifying and resolving problems; preparing and completing action plans; completing system audits and analyses; managing system and process improvement and quality assurance programs; installing upgrades.

  • You will prepare performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends

  • You will identify and address problems and explore opportunities for the center.

  • You will be assisting our Human Resources department in promoting a company culture that encourages morale and performance.

  • You will ensure all company activities adhere to legal guidelines and policies
