Contact Center Business Manager

You are fluent in English and Spanish language (written and spoken)
You have good knowledge and use of the main MS Office applications (word, excel) and e-mail
You have working experience in the area, preferably coming from international business contexts
It is considered a plus:
If you have knowledge of Italian.
If you are familiar with customer-care department operations.
What are you going to do?
You will determine contact center operational strategies by conducting needs assessments, performance reviews, capacity planning, and cost/benefit analysis;
You will provide inspired leadership for the organization and support worker communication with the management team.
You will ensure staff members are achieving desired service levels and take corrective action, as needed.
You will contribute information and analysis to organizational strategic plans and reviews.
You will maintain and improve contact center operations by monitoring system performance; identifying and resolving problems; preparing and completing action plans; completing system audits and analyses; managing system and process improvement and quality assurance programs; installing upgrades.
You will prepare performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
You will identify and address problems and explore opportunities for the center.
You will be assisting our Human Resources department in promoting a company culture that encourages morale and performance.
You will ensure all company activities adhere to legal guidelines and policies
