Purpose of the position

As HR Coordinator you will respond to the RH Manager and be part of the HRO Department. You will manage and support a team of 5 people, being responsible for coordinating and managing all Rh process, as well as other activities related to the position.

How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities :

  • Disseminate and implement Saipem’s guidelines, policies, and systems;
  • Supervise compliance with company work standards and internal policies;
  • Ensure the application of local laws and company procedures regarding the work environment and safety;
  • Ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and labor cost control, as well as the preparation of related budgets;
  • Manage employment contracts and service provider agreements;
  • Ensure proper administration of payroll, benefits, and salary processing;
  • Oversee employee vacation planning;
  • Develop and update the HR Plan;
  • Act as a point of contact between managers and employees to address HR-related issues;
  • Ensure the implementation of guidelines and provide support for strategic HR decision-making;
  • Define, implement, and manage the onboarding and integration process for new employees;
  • Establish HR KPIs and prepare periodic reports with information on all HR indicators;
  • Strong knowledge of drafting and applying disciplinary measures.

What are we looking for?

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology or related fields
  • Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on team coordination;
  • Languages: Fluent in English & Portuguese
  • Technical Skills : Contract Management, Advanced knowledge of labor legislation and HR practices;
  • Soft Skills : Conflict management and labor relations mediation, excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving
  • IT Skills: MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
