ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly motivated, flexible, and results-driven Retail Customer Service professional for Dockers. You will be responsible for the daily operational management of Retail accounts in the Spanish market. Given the lean structure of our Spanish team, we are looking for a true "team player" who is ready to adapt to different tasks based on daily priorities and departmental needs.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Retail Management: Managing daily customer service activities for Retail accounts, ensuring efficiency from order placement through to delivery.

  • Operational Flexibility: Handling varied tasks depending on the moment and departmental urgencies, showing a proactive spirit in facilitating the work of the whole team.

  • Order Flow: Entering and monitoring retail orders, managing replenishment/stock orders, and ensuring seamless communication with points of sale.

  • Issue Resolution: Monitoring goods arrivals and resolving shipment-related issues (returns, discrepancies, delays) specific to the retail channel.

  • Inventory Management: Inventory process in ERP system, of both ECI stores and Retail

  • Stakeholder Coordination: Maintaining daily communication with the sales force and retail partners to ensure excellence in service.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 2–3 years of experience in a Customer Service role, specifically within the Retail sector (Fashion/Textile industry preferred).

  • Deep understanding of Retail dynamics; previous experience working with El Corte Inglés is considered a strong plus.

  • Highly motivated and collaborative spirit. You should be someone who enjoys helping colleagues and can adapt quickly to changing priorities.

  • Native or fluent Spanish and professional proficiency in English.

  • Strong proficiency in IT tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

  • Strong multitasking abilities, and a high sense of urgency.
