Purpose of the position: As an Industrial Relations Coordinator, you will respond to the HR Manager and be part of the Human Resourses Department within Strategically manage industrial relations and organizational climate across onshore and offshore operations, ensuring constructive engagement with employee representatives and trade unions, effective collective bargaining and labor agreement negotiation, and proactive resolution of labor disputes. Provide technical and advisory HR support to remote and offshore sites, ensuring consistent application of company policies, labor legislation, and collective agreements .

How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities:

  • Ensure good relations with trade unions and employer organizations, in accordance with company procedures
  • Provide specialized technical support in the management of union relations at remote sites and subsidiaries.
  • Define criteria for collective bargaining agreements aligned with policies and business needs.
  • Provide support to HR, Line Management, and Sustainability in the interpretation of agreements and compliance with human rights.
  • Monitor union activity, contribute to a positive workplace climate (including benefits), and collect data for the Sustainability Report.
  • Ensure a global cross-functional approach, manage union activities during mergers/acquisitions, and coordinate with external communications in media-sensitive situations

What are we looking for?

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Human Resources Management, or related fields
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 to 8 years in HR administrative Coordination, with a focus on Litigation and Disciplinary Processes (preference for the Oil & Gas sector)
  • Languages: Fluency in Portuguese and English
  • Technical Skills: Proven experience in direct negotiation with trade unions and workers' committees; Proficiency in labor conflict mediation and handling complex disciplinary processes; Proficiency in reporting tools and data analysis (HR KPIs)
  • Certification: Labour Law
  • Soft Skills: High capacity for negotiation e persuasion, resilience, and stress management in critical environments; strategic thinking and business vision.
  • IT Skills: Microsoft Office
