AUTORIZACIÓN TRATAMIENTO DE DATOS PERSONALES.

Dando cumplimiento a la ley colombiana de protección de datos personales, le solicitamos amablemente su autorización para el tratamiento de su información personal, como se enuncia a continuación:

Autorizo de manera previa, expresa e informada a Zambon Colombia S.A. para que use, procese, recolecte, almacene, transmita y/o transfiera de manera nacional e internacional mis datos personales, incluyendo a países que ofrezcan o no niveles adecuados de protección de datos conforme a la ley aplicable, para las siguientes finalidades:

a) Gestión de Recursos Humanos

b) Promoción y selección de personal

c) Gestionar trámites (solicitudes, quejas, reclamos)

d) el envío de información relacionada con Zambon Colombia S.A., a través de medios telefónicos, electrónicos (SMS, chat, correo electrónico y demás medios considerados electrónicos) físicos y/o personales.

Asimismo, manifiesto que Zambon Colombia S.A. en cumplimiento de la ley que protege el derecho fundamental de protección de datos personales, ha puesto en conocimiento la Políticas de Tratamiento de Datos Personales en la que se definen, entre otros, los principios que cumplirá al recolectar, almacenar, usar y realizar cualquier tratamiento sobre mis datos personales, así como los derechos que me asisten como titular de los mismos, los cuales son:

1. Conocer, actualizar y rectificar los datos personales frente a los responsables del tratamiento o encargados del tratamiento. Este derecho se podrá ejercer, entre otros frente a datos parciales, inexactos, incompletos, fraccionados, que induzcan a error, o aquellos cuyo tratamiento este expresamente prohibido o haya sido autorizado.
2. Solicitar prueba de la autorización otorgada al responsable del Tratamiento salvo cuando expresamente se exceptúe como requisito para el Tratamiento, de conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 10 de la Ley 1581 de 2012.
3. Ser informado por el responsable del tratamiento o el encargado del tratamiento previa solicitud, respecto del uso que le ha dado a sus datos personales.
4. Presentar ante la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio quejas por infracciones o los dispuesto en la ley 1581 de 2012 y las demás normas que modifiquen, adicionen o complementen.
5. Revocar la autorización y/o solicitar la supresión de los datos cuando en el Tratamiento no se representen los principios, derechos y garantías constitucionales y legales.  La revocatoria y/o supresión procederá cuando la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio haya determinado que en el Tratamiento el Responsable o Encargado han incurrido en conductas contrarias a la Ley y a la Constitución.

Adicionalmente, manifiesto que se le ha informado el carácter facultativo de contestar o no a las preguntas que se formulen y que involucren datos sensibles o información de niños, niñas y adolescentes.

En virtud de lo anterior Zambon Colombia S.A. conservará y protegerá la información suministrada bajo condiciones estrictas de seguridad que impiden la adulteración, perdida, consulta, uso o acceso no autorizado o fraudulento.

Para ejercer los derechos anteriormente mencionados, podrá remitir una consulta o reclamo a Zambon Colombia S.A., identificado con Nit 860.045.758-8, con domicilio en la Cr 9a 99 02 oficina 407 en la ciudad de Bogotá, página web www.zambon.co a través del correo habeasdata@zamboncolombia.com o a los números de teléfono 3905010, fuera de Bogotá a los números 018000914898. Responderemos sus requerimientos en los términos establecidos por la Ley 1581 de 2012.

The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in intelligible form.
The interested party has the right to obtain the indication:
the origin of personal data;
of the purposes and methods of processing;
of the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
of the identifying details of the holder, of the responsible and of the designated representative according to article 5, paragraph 2;
the subjects or the categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the territory of the State, managers or agents.
The interested party has the right to obtain:
updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;

The Data Controller reserves the right to make changes to this privacy statement at any time by giving notice to Users on this page.
