We are currently looking for an Accounts Receivable & Treasury Specialist who would like to join our Finance Team and contribute to the organization’s strategy and growth.
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong internal and external customer service orientation
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and negotiation skills
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
Postgraduate degree is desirable
Advanced English level is mandatory
Experience working with accounting ERP systems (preferably SAP)
Advanced knowledge of accounting standards and regulations
Experience in Cash Management and Financial Planning
Knowledge of tax regulations
Advanced Excel and MS Office skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Access
Understanding of labor regulations and applicable compliance requirements
Main Responsibilities
Ensure full compliance with assigned objectives and KPIs
Evaluate portfolio status for daily customer invoicing orders
Manage and execute the timely registration of accounts receivable and master data, ensuring integrity, valuation, existence, rights, and obligations within established timelines
Validate accounting records to ensure accurate financial closings without discrepancies
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding customer invoicing information
Monitor accounts receivable records, overdue balances, and delinquent accounts
Ensure proper control and validation of customer financial information and required documentation during customer creation in the system
Prepare accounts receivable and portfolio reports for monthly closings
Perform periodic reconciliations of accounts receivable and ensure consistency between payments and bank records
