The Role:

Support the quality oversight of external manufacturing activities, ensuring compliance, documentation management and coordination with contract manufacturers, affiliates and partners.

Main Responsibilities of the role:

  • Review of batch release certificates and sharing with Affiliates/Partners.
  • Management of the TrackWise system for deviations, changes and complaints including: registration of deviations, complaints and changes in the system for all contract manufacturers.
  • Bi-weekly/monthly monitoring of TrackWise records for deviations, complaints and changes related to all contract manufacturers on the basis of the follow-up requests to contract manufacturers for these quality records.
  • Sharing deviations, complaints, changes and master batch records with Partners/Affiliates in accordance with Quality Agreements in place.
  • Support the management and the review of minor deviations, complaints and changes.
  • Support the management and the review of master batch records impacted by minor changes.
  • Support in the review of Product Quality Reviews (PQRs) and executed batch records of contract manufacturers.
  • Monitor stability data received from contract manufacturers and support its evaluation.

What we are looking for:

  • Degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology (CTF), Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related scientific disciplines.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy, patience, and a meticulous approach to quality documentation and data review.
  • Ability to work in cross functional teams and international environments
