Treasury Analyst - Temporary Contract

We are looking for a Treasury Analyst in Luxembourg

Job Summary:
As a Treasury Analyst, you will join our Treasury team! In this role, you will report to the Senior VP Treasury and will have the opportunity to contribute to the optimization of our global cash management, support strategic financing initiatives, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure financial efficiency and risk mitigation. Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for:

Cash Management:

  • Monitor daily cash management and optimization (daily cash report)
  • Support cash management operations and make sure all required settlements are correctly done on daily basis
  • Support Headquarter and Local units with all payments and cash needs in general including appropriate reporting and cash forecasting
  • Manage payment run: coordinate with accounting team and subsidiaries to make payment process
  • Manage intercompany financing and related payments
  • Forecast receivables and payments by liaising with subsidiaries and accounting department
  • Work closely with business units and bank relationships to resolve and research issues promptly and accurately
  • Provide Daily, Weekly, Monthly treasury reporting
  • CashPooling management and clean-up
  • Preparing cash budget for certain assets

Bank Relationship:

  • Bank account maintenance, opening/closing requests, mandate management
  • KYC
  • Reviewing and executing credit facilities

Specific Treasury Projects:

  • Treasury Management System implementation
  • Cash Pooling implementation
  • Cash flow forecast management: operational & corporate, short & long term
  • Cash Pool cleanup implementation process liaising with Tax and Legal
  • Integration on Treasury pool of new acquisitions

Qualifications and Skills:
Your profile is a natural match if you have:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
  • A first experience in Treasury, managing domestic and international banking relationships, corporate cash management, payment processing, and forecasting
  • Fluent in English. Any additional languages would be considered an asset
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
