EPM (Enterprise Project Management) COORDINATOR

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities & Skills

  • Manage and administer the Saudi Aramco Enterprise Project Management (EPM) System, ensuring timely, accurate and compliant submission of Procurement, Quality and Construction deliverables.
  • Coordinate end-to-end EPM workflows, including MR Lists, MR Packages, TBEs, Award Recommendations, NOLs, Purchase Orders, NMR-601/602/603, IAPs, ITPs and related project documentation.
  • Review and validate documents prior to submission to ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco requirements, project specifications, coding structures and document control procedures.
  • Act as the focal point between Procurement, Quality, Construction teams and Saudi Aramco reviewers, facilitating approvals and resolution of review comments.
  • Monitor submission status, approvals, overdue actions and client comments; prepare progress reports and escalate critical issues when required.
  • Coordinate Quality submissions (CVs, WPS, PQR, NDT, vendor quality documentation) and Construction submissions (RFIs, inspection records, as-built documents and field engineering documentation).
  • Maintain comprehensive document registers, submission logs and records to ensure full traceability and audit compliance.
  • Demonstrate sound knowledge of Saudi Aramco project procedures, procurement workflows, quality management systems, and document control practices.

Qualification & Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing and coordinating activities within the Saudi Aramco EPM System.
  • Overall 4-5 years of experience in Procurement, Project Quality Control Services (PQCS), Project Coordination or EPM Coordination roles.
  • Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain processes, material requisition workflows, bid evaluations, purchase order documentation and project quality requirements.
  • Proven experience coordinating multidisciplinary submissions involving Procurement, Quality and Construction functions.
  • Prior Saudi Aramco approval as an EPM Coordinator will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, Document Management Systems, Reporting Tools and stakeholder coordination.

Additional Requirements

  • Preference will be given to Saudi Nationals; however, qualified candidates of other nationalities will also be considered.
  • Immediate availability or a maximum notice period of one month is preferred.
  • Strong English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with client representatives, project teams, subcontractors, and vendors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in similar field.
  • Proven work experience as EPM Coodinator
  • 10-15 years of experience in Oil & Gas Industry (Aramco Projects)
