Commissioning & Operation Manager

Purpose of the position: As Commissioning & Operation Manager, you will respond to the Head of Department of COMMISSIONING ONSHORE, OFFSHORE & FPSO and Head of Department of COMMISSIONING ONSHORE. You will manage and support 50-60 resources.

How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities:

· Work in Task Force coordinating with the project team, the different companies of the JVs and the Client.

· Ensure the execution of the head office activities concerning pre-commissioning, commissioning, start up, test run, first operation and handing over of the plant to the Client according to contractual requirements and project objectives in terms of safety, quality, budget and schedule.

· Ensure compliance of the site activities for which is responsible with the established process and HSE requirements, while respecting the relative time and cost targets.

· Have overall responsibility and accountability for the efficient Commissioning/Operations.

Education: Master's Degree/bachelor’s degree in engineering Discipline (Preferably Chemical or Mechanical)

Experience: Minimum of 15 Years experience as Commissioning & Start Up Manager and at least 5 Project Experiences Proven experience in Oil & Gas Industry with a minimum of 10 Years experience in Refinery or Gas Plant Industry.

Languages: English / French

Technical Skills:

· Technical knowledge of Refinery or Gas Plant Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Start Up and Operation activities.

· Knowledge of CMS, Engineering Systems and Tools.

· Understanding of Flow Measurement, Engineering practices, design methods & calculations.

· Acquire Oil and Gas Industry Safety Standards and requirements.

· Capable to Read, interpret & prepare applicable technical information.

IT Skills:

· Knowledge of PC, Windows, Office Software and IT implementation background.
