About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Buyer to support our procurement team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail, solid organizational skills, and a desire to grow within the purchasing/supply chain field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and ordering products, materials, and supplies
  • Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates to determine best offers
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data
  • Communicate with suppliers and internal departments to follow up on deliveries and resolve issues
  • Support senior purchasing staff in daily administrative tasks

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication and negotiation abilities
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
