We are looking for our new Regional Manager, based in Los Angeles area, who is in charge of all brand and sales activities related of the Montenegro Portfolio in the assigned region with particoular focus on California, Nevada, Arizona countires. They will be working deep in touch with the main stakeholders of the channel, creating a strong and personal relationship with them.

Responsabilities:

  • Responsible for achieving depletion targets in the country territory CA/NV/AZ and for constant and proper brand building activities
  • Analyse sales trends for assigned brands (both sell-in and sell-out data)
  •  They will develop strong relationship with the strategic outlet owner/bartenders in order to best apply and develop trade marketing guidelines.
  • Manages annual plan by tracking spend on a monthly basis to ensure spend does not exceed budget.
  • Follow standard policies, procedures and schedules established by management up
  • The person is able to evaluate business opportunities, helping management to identify and develop areas of opportunity for the sales team (both On Trade and Off Trade)
  • Open to work during evening and night hours and willing to work in a very dynamic contest.

Requirements:
 

  • Previous experience in the same role (minimum 5 years) as Regional or Portfolio Manager, Key Account, Sales, Field Marketing Manager
  • Understanding of the Beverages, Wine, Spirits On trade and Off Trade channel dynamics
  • Strong interpersonal skills for interaction with internal/external stakeholders
  • Creative thinking and problem solving
  • College Degree
  • Resident in LA county
