We’re looking for a passionate HR Innovator to join our team and help drive client success, adoption, and long-term satisfaction with our platform.

If you have a background in Customer Success, HR Tech, or Talent Acquisition, and are excited about innovation and digital transformation, this could be the opportunity for you.

You’ll play a key role in delivering value to our clients—from the first demo to full platform adoption. As a strategic partner, you’ll empower HR teams to innovate their recruiting processes using our solutions and ensure they have a seamless and impactful experience with nCore HR.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Deliver product demos to prospective clients

  • Guide new customers through onboarding and initial setup, ensuring a smooth and effective implementation

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, managing ongoing communication, needs, and support

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Tech teams to address client requests and improve the platform

  • Collect feedback from users and contribute to product evolution by suggesting enhancements based on real-world use

  • Monitor success metrics, track adoption, and proactively implement strategies to drive engagement and satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or HR Tech, ideally with B2B or SaaS platforms

  • Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field

  • Strong project management and organizational skills; detail-oriented with excellent follow-through

  • Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus)

  • Comfortable working with digital platforms and quick to learn new technologies

  • A client-first mindset and ability to deliver outstanding service in a consultative, solution-oriented way

  • Strong communication skills and ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders

  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment
