What You’ll Be Doing:
Deliver product demos to prospective clients
Guide new customers through onboarding and initial setup, ensuring a smooth and effective implementation
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, managing ongoing communication, needs, and support
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Tech teams to address client requests and improve the platform
Collect feedback from users and contribute to product evolution by suggesting enhancements based on real-world use
Monitor success metrics, track adoption, and proactively implement strategies to drive engagement and satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
Experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or HR Tech, ideally with B2B or SaaS platforms
Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
Strong project management and organizational skills; detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus)
Comfortable working with digital platforms and quick to learn new technologies
A client-first mindset and ability to deliver outstanding service in a consultative, solution-oriented way
Strong communication skills and ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
