We are currently looking for a Cost Control Technician to join us at Saipem Luxembourg Angola Branch to support our ICF Departament

Position: Cost Control Technician 

  • Assure the control of corporate economical/financial management, developing analysis and interpretations to support decision processes. 
  • Define proper methodologies/indicators and controlling standards, provide the report for management.
  • Analyse accounting department operations and guarantee correct allocation of cost and revenues.
  • Design and monitor organizational structure suitable for achieving the department goal and efficiency (WBS).
  • Guarantee the link with operative line assuring transparency and self-government in analysis activities.
  • Support the top management in definition and monitoring of economic and financial performance targets.
  • Oversee subsidiary company in terms of management control system and procedures.
  • Support in the preparation of timely and complete financial statement.
  • Coordinate with all company departments involved in the company accounting flow.
  • Produce documentation for internal and external auditors.
  • Define, organise, arrange, supervise Saipem strategic planning process/activities, elaborating the Strategic plan economicfinancial projections and relevant reports, in coordination with BUs functions.
  • Monitor the implementation of 4-year plan, verifying the pursuing of defined business and financial goals through an overall Saipem view.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic schedules.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, teamwork, and attention to detail skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.

Linguage: Fluent in English & Portuguese

Labour Relationship: Permanent Contract

Years of Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience.

IT Skills: MS office, with a strong focus on Excel.
