We’re searching for an HRIS Trainee to support the delivery of HR Digitalization projects (with specific focus on HCM systems) contributing to the transformation of HR processes by developing a new digital employee experience.

You will be involved in the following activities:

  • Project management support: organizing planning meetings, preparing meeting minutes, monitoring project progress, and assisting with communication and documentation related to HR digitalization projects;
  • Requirements gathering and analysis: collaborating with various HR functions and departments to identify the most suitable solutions, evaluating feasibility, and setting priorities;
  • Change management support: assisting teams in adopting new digital implementations;
  • HR process optimization: analyzing current workflows to identify digitalization opportunities and contributing to the definition of the HR system transformation roadmap;
  • User support: assisting the help desk and end users in the use of HCM applications and managing support tickets.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Economics (Business Management and HR Processes), Business Administration (Enterprise Management, Human Resources, and Digital Transformation), Computer or Management Engineering
  • Strong communication and teamworking skills
  • Good knowledge of the English language (B2)
