Key Account Manager France&Iberia

We are looking for two highly skilled and motivated Key Account Managers to join our team.

Both roles will be responsible for managing key accounts, driving sales growth, and building long-term relationships, while reporting directly to the France General Manager.

  • Key Account Manager France & Iberia – Based in Paris. Responsible for managing key accounts across France and Iberia, maximizing sales opportunities, and fostering strong client relationships. For this position, we are open to candidates based in Spain, with occasional travel to Paris.
  • Key Account Manager France – Based in Paris, this role will focus exclusively on the French market, overseeing key accounts and executing strategic plans to ensure business success.

Both positions will be involved in the creation, planning, and execution of Account Plans, ensuring successful implementation and long-term growth.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define and execute the Go-to-Market strategy for key sporting goods accounts, working closely with the Product, Marketing, and Operations teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts by understanding their needs, aligning strategic objectives, and identifying growth and cross-selling opportunities to enhance the brand’s market presence.
  • Achieve net sales and gross margin targets within the assigned accounts, in line with the company’s annual strategic objectives and budget.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing & Product teams to increase brand visibility and drive sell-out.
  • Monitor the order book, sales forecasts, and P&L of assigned accounts.
  • Manage, support, and provide leadership to the field sales force.
  • Provide regular, accurate, and relevant reporting on accounts, market trends, and competitors.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 6 years of proven experience in Sales and Account/Category Management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, teamwork ability, and capacity to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to build relationships, influence, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Passion for sports (preferably Training & Boxing) and lifestyle, with strong knowledge of the sports & lifestyle marketplace.
  • Willingness to travel (30% of the time).
  • Fluency in English.
