Saipem SpA is looking for an Internal Communication Intern to join the Corporate Function. The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supporting internal communication activities by implementing the strategic plan in coordination with relevant corporate functions
  • Creating written and video content in collaboration with the Team and external agencies
  • Assisting in planning and publishing content across internal communication channels
  • Ensuring consistency and synergy between the headquarters and local entities in delivering key messages to strengthen corporate identity among internal resources
  • Supporting the organization and management of internal events, both in person and digital
  • Contributing to change management processes by designing and developing specific activities and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Degree in Communication and Marketing, Communication Sciences, International Relations, Human Resources Management, or related fields
  • Strong storytelling skills, initiative, proactivity, organizational skills, attention to detail, and precision
  • Good knowledge of the English language (B2)
