The Human Resources Department is looking for an HR Trainee who will provide support in the Services Team.

Main Tasks & Responsibities

  • Work on dedicated projects such as the digitalization of the HRS database;
  • Support in activities regarding the employee professional life cycle;
  • Support the employees with the explanation of company’s policies and updating of it;
  • Support the employees in all the activities linked to the HRIS (Time&Attendance, Expenses Reports etc.);
  • Support in developing timely and accurate monthly labour cost reports.

The profile requires:

Technical skills

  • Academic background in Law, Human Resources, Economics is strong recommended, but we will take in consideration other matchign fields; 
  • Knowledge of Office package;
  • Fluency in English.

Soft Skills

  • Analytical mind, comfortable with numbers;
  • Strong attention to details;
  • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality.
