Buyer Apparel Multibrand

We are looking for a highly motivated Buyer Apparel Multibrand to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for purchasing and managing the product Apparel Multibrand assortment for the EMEA region, with a strategic focus on sales performance, purchasing planning, and segmenting the offering market.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Purchasing and managing the apparel product assortment, ensuring that it is optimized for different markets and channels.
  • Forecast product demand to ensure optimal stock levels and effective replenishment for each store.
  • Continuously monitor sell-in and sell-out performance, adjusting purchasing strategies as necessary based on performance by store.
  • Manage purchase orders and ensure products are restocked appropriately, maintaining availability of stock.
  • Structure and develop monthly product delivery plans for stores, ensuring timely and efficient distribution.
  • Conduct in-depth sales and market analysis, providing actionable insights to management to optimize product offering, tacking market trends, and competitor strategies by region and channel.

 

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a buying/merchandising role within the fashion or sportswear industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Knowledge of different European markets and competitor analysis is a must.
  • Experience abroad is a plus.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Fluency in English and Italian, other languages are a plus.
