INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Pursuant to the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679, the “GDPR”) and the applicable local laws (collectively (“Privacy Laws”), Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A. ("Company") informs you that the Company will process your personal data included in your resume and other information provided through the Company’s website, as well as any data which you will provide during the application process.
- PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING
Your personal will be collected, processed and used for the following pusposes:
- Recruiting;
- Exercise or defend a Company’s right;
- Fulfill obligations set forth by laws and regulations, including EU laws
It is understood that if you provide personal data relating to third parties, e.g. the references of previous employers, you undertake to ensure that the disclosure of data and the processing of these by the Company complies with the applicable laws. Therefore, you can provide such data only after having informed such third parties and having obtained their consent, if required by the Privacy Laws; furthermore, you authorize us to contact such third parties to carry out checks on the information received and for the same purpose you authorize these third parties to provide us with requested information.
- LEGAL BASES FOR THE PROCESSING
The Company relies on the following legal bases for the collection, processing and usage of your personal data:
- Legitimate interest of the Company;
- Consent, where permitted by applicable law;
- Fulfillment of law obligations, in particular in the area of labor law.
- NATURE OF THE PROCESSING AND CONSEQUENCES OF THE FAILURE TO PROVIDE DATA
Providing your personal data is necessary for the purposes related to the selection of personnel and compliance with applicable legislation; your refusal will prevent us from continuing with the selection process with you.
- METHODS OF PROCESSING AND DATA STORAGE PERIOD
Your personal data will be processed through the use of electronic or paper tools at the Company's offices for a maximum period of two years from the date of registration in the Company's database.
If you believe that the purpose of the processing of your personal data by the Company has ceased, as it is no longer necessary, please notify the Company, so that we can promptly delete your data. The Company will process your personal data according to the logic and procedures functional to the aforementioned purposes and in compliance with the Privacy Laws, including the security and confidentiality of information. As part of the selection process, the Company may verify the information you provide regarding, for example, academic qualifications, professional qualifications and previous employers. The Company may only contact your former employer if your employment relationship ended or before that term only with your express permission. The verification activities are carried out according to the applicable Privacy Laws and only if strictly functional to the selection process. Only authorized personnel will be able to access your data, if necessary.
- NATURE OF THE DATA PROCESSED
The Company collects, processes and uses the following categories of personal data concerning you: (i) identification data, such as your name, citizenship, passport, date of birth; (ii) contact details, such as your work and residence address, telephone number, email addresses; (iii) information relating to your previous work experience, such as qualification, professional position, start and end date of the employment relationship.
The Company processes your personal data and possibly also of a sensitive or judicial nature, for example the criminal record and the certificate of pending charges, only where required by laws, regulations, collective agreements and European legislation (e.g. sensitive data relating to the categories protected, judicial data required by collective agreements). Other sensitive and judicial data not necessary for the selection process possibly contained in your curriculum vitae or otherwise provided by you or by third parties will be promptly deleted and not further processed, except with your prior consent which must be sent by email to privacy@lamborghini.com.
Data relating to minors may be processed by the Company only with the consent of the persons exercising parental authority.
- YOUR RIGHTS
You can contact the Company at 051.9597282 or at the email address privacy@lamborghini.com to ensure the exercise of your rights under art. 15 ss. of the GDPR, eg. obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning you, verify its content, origin, accuracy, request its integration, updating, modification, cancellation, transformation into anonymous form, request data portability, as well as limit or oppose the processing for legitimate reasons. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent national supervisory authority.

The Company may update this notice from time to time in accordance with applicable law (e.g., if new systems or processes involving the use of personal data are implemented) and, if so, we will adequately inform you about such changes.
