The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivate Sales Coordinator to join our team.  This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a forward-thinking organization in a fast-paced environment.  The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting our sales efforts and will be part of a team that makes a significant impact on our continued growth and success.

 

Job Scope: -

Provide support to the commercial teams, ensuring smooth sales operations and customer interactions. Sales Coordinators play a key role in managing sales data, orders, and documentation, supporting efficient sales workflows.

 

Core Responsibilities: -

  • Work closely with the sales team to coordinate and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as logistics to ensure efficient order processing.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, delivering prompt and accurate information. Handle and resolve customer concerns to ensure a high level of satisfaction. Provide feedback to the sales team based on customer interactions and market trends.
  • Management of credit risk and collections
  • Statistical reporting as needed for fixed interim periods or upon request
  • Any other responsibilities and duties that may be assigned from time to time

 

Requirements: -
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar capacity.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with a proven ability to maintain order and efficiency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, essential for team collaboration and customer interactions.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

 

Qualifications: - 
• Possess at least Diploma or Degree in any field.
