Sales Process Lead

Are you eager to enhance sales effectiveness and streamline operational processes?

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Process Lead responsible for leading the end-to-end management of sales tools projects, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the implementation and integration of new sales tools (CRM, CPQ, analytics platforms) that align with the needs of the sales team.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, IT, and operations teams to identify requirements and ensure sales tools meet business needs. Serve as a liaison between technical teams and sales users.
  • Develop and execute training programs to ensure sales teams are effectively using the tools. Monitor adoption rates and provide ongoing support to maximize tool usage.
  • Analyze sales processes and tools to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Implement enhancements to improve efficiency, sales performance, and user experience.
  • Monitor and analyze data from sales tools to evaluate tool effectiveness, track KPIs, and provide insights to leadership. Use data to support decision-making and tool enhancements.

 

Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably with a focus on sales tools or sales operations.
  • Full proficiency in professional English.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and tools.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into practical applications for non-technical teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
