PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

As Commercial Systems Coordinator, you will join our Commercial, Governance and Reporting department, in the Commercial function, conducting the following activities related to a digital tool utilized to store the key information and to track the evolution of business opportunities (Commercial Database or CRM):

ACTIVITIES:

- Ensure management of users in terms of access to Commercial Database and training in addition to the support online in the Project Acquisition Process.

- Support commercial structures in carrying out compliance activities related to the offers.

- Support the maintenance activities of the CRM.

- Ensure the developments necessary to improve the CRM processes and translate the operational processes into functional specifications to Service Provider.

- Prepare dashboard using Power BI.

- Manage the reporting about the ongoing opportunities and bids by Client / Area / Country / Product highlighting the main changes with respect to the previous quarter and main market evolutions.

 - Manage the reporting about the submitted bids highlighting the lost and awarded contracts and the total amount of initiatives achievable by Client / Area.

QUALIFICATION:

Master Degree/Bachelor Degree/  computer engineering

KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE:

advanced

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:

3-5;

IT SKILLS:

CRM based on Microsoft Dynamics, Power Bi, Microsoft Office suite  

SOFT SKILLS:

Analytical skills, results orientation, teamwork attitude,

availability for international mobility
