We are looking for a Manpower Planning to join our Headquarter at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO).
You will hierarchically report to the Head of Manufacturing Services and functionally to the Coordination of Industrial Engineering.
You will be responsible to plan and monitor the company direct workforce, both in the short term (within the year) and in the medium/long term (one to five years), and to develop plans for optimization.
Your main activities will be:
Gathering of information regarding production plans and manufacturing times by car model
Planning and monitoring of direct workforce and of hours per unit indicator, including gap analysis vs budget/forecast
Preparing documentation for the Board of Management
Developing plans to find rooms for efficiency
Supporting to the production supervisors for the allocation of direct manpower working hours
Maintenance and updating of the IT tools used for manpower planning and monitoring
Benchmarking within the Group on planning processes
About you
University degree in Engineering or technical diploma
Experience in a similar role in the Automotive/Manufacturing industry
Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Powerpoint)
English knowledge, German will be considered a plus
