International HR Learning Specialist

As International HR Learning Specialist, you will be part of the People Learning and Development team at Saipem SpA, based in Milan. You will be reporting directly to the Head of Learning & Development, being responsible for developing, managing, and implementing training and skill development programs in line with the company’s strategic needs and applicable regulations.

ACTIVITIES

  • Definition of the budget and related forecasts in compliance with the company’s authorization cycles and established guidelines
  • Collaboration with managers to identify training needs and develop necessary training plans
  • Design and implementation of training programs with particular attention to mandatory training
  • Evaluation of training effectiveness through feedback and analysis of results
  • Monitoring training activities and reporting on defined KPIs
  • Coordination with external providers for organizing courses and workshops
  • Promotion of a learning culture within the organization
  • Feeding and updating training information within company systems

REQUIREMENTS

QUALIFICATION: A degree in humanities, psychology, or human resources management; a master's degree in training or HR will be considered a plus. 

KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE: Proficiency in English and/or French is a mandatory requirement. Knowledge of Portuguese will be considered an additional asset. 

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years of experience in corporate training, especially in complex organizations with multiple locations in Italy and abroad.. Given the company's international profile, having professional experience abroad will be considered a plus. 

IT SKILLS: Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package; knowledge of SAP for monitoring and reporting HR processes is preferred. Familiarity with an LMS (Learning Management System), preferably Oracle, is mandatory. 

SOFT SKILLS: Autonomy, active listening, ability to identify others' needs, negotiation, organization, and accuracy.
