International HR Talent Acquisition Specialist

As International HR Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will join our Recruitment Department

Within the People Recruitment team at Saipem, based in Milan, the candidate, reporting directly to the Head of Recruiting, will independently manage the various stages of the selection process, ensuring the timely hiring of candidates who best meet the company's needs. Given the strong international orientation of the company's business, as part of the Recruiting team, the candidate will have the opportunity to conduct recruitment processes and/or travel to the company's foreign branches. 

ACTIVITIES

  • Drafting the job description and expected profile together with the Hiring Manager
  • Scouting on LinkedIn
  • Posting job ads and screening resumes
  • Managing interviews with the Hiring Manager
  • Tracking the selection process within dedicated tools
  • Back-office activities following the candidate’s identification
  • Reporting and monitoring process KPIs
  • Managing the handover of the selection process to the relevant HR Partners
  • Activating and monitoring recruitment activities outsourced to RPOs (Recruitment Process Outsourcing)

REQUIREMENTS

QUALIFICATION: Degree in humanities and/or economics; a master’s degree in human resources will be considered a plus.

KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE:  Proficiency in English and/or French is a mandatory requirement. Knowledge of Portuguese will be considered an additional asset.

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years of experience in the Human Resources department of large industrial groups or in consulting firms, particularly in international recruitment.

Given the company's international profile, professional experience abroad and a direct understanding of local labor markets and related regulations will be considered a plus.

IT SKILLS:  Excellent knowledge of MS Office and LinkedIn Recruiter; knowledge of SAP for monitoring and reporting HR processes is preferred.

SOFT SKILLS: Strong teamwork, communication, proactivity, and problem-solving skills.

LOCATION: Milan 

Willingness to travel abroad is required
