HSE Officer

We are currently looking for an HSE Officer to join us at Saipem Luxembourg Angola Branch to support our project - AGOGO offshore operation.

Position: HSE OFFICER 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all HSE related activities carried out by Saipem are conducted in strict accordance with the Client HSE Requirements, Saipem HSE Standards, applicable local legislation, International Standards (ISO1400 1 and OSHAS18001).
  • Manage HSE offshore personnel
  • Ensure Project HSE plans, and Procedures are developed and implemented throughout the entire project life.
  • Define HSE strategies for the entire project and review the design studied from HSE point of view.
  • Conduct preconstruction survey, identify safety criticalities and environmental sensitive areas and design mitigation measures.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in HSE or equivalent qualification
  • Ensure correct development, management, and improvement of Project HSE Management System.
  • Plan and coordinate the activities of all HSE personnel working both in design and on sites Degree in HSE or equivalent qualification.

Language: Fluent in English

Labour Relationship: Fixed term contract

Years of Experience: 5 years experience in Oil and Gas sector.

IT Skills: MS office
