Change Management Expert

The Change Management Expert will play a key role in ensuring change and adoption projects meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. This person will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology.

Your challenges and responsibilities:

  • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities, following change management standards and best practices,
  • Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative,
  • Integrate change management activities into project plan,
  • Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications,
  • Conduct impact analyses, Identify and manage anticipated resistance, complete change management assessments, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders,
  • Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs,
  • Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics,
  • Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan,
  • Consult and coach project teams,
  • Manage stakeholders,
  • Support and engage senior leaders,
  • Coach managers and supervisors,
  • Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities,
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.

Skills and qualifications:

  • Master's degree in STEM or Business Administration; Other degrees such as Organizational Psychology, or related field and International relationships will be also considered;
  • You need to have minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role and a strong background in organizational change management,
  • You need to have excellent communication skills and be proficient in English (minimum B2 level)
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal,

  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences,
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships,
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal,

  • Proven track record of successfully leading change management and adoption programs from conception to completion within digital transformation, within large-scale organizational change efforts,
  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process,
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools,
  • You need to be proficient in project management and agile project management methodologies, certification is a plus,
  • Change management certification is a plus.
  • Experience in one or more of the following technologies is a plus: SAP, S/4 HANA, Salesforce, Oracle, Service Now, CoPilot/gen AI Tools.
