The Digital Solutions Adoption PMO is a key role that drives the digital transformation initiatives and ensures the alignment with business objectives:

  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies and adoption plans, coordinating with various teams of internal and external stakeholders, managing project resources, timelines and risks;
  • You will be the project manager of strategic digital transformation related change management and adoption projects;
  • You will be the portfolio manager of a number of digital transformation related change management and adoption initiatives;
  • You will have to align stakeholders expectations, from top management to end users, leveraging the support of external partners and experts;
  • You will have to excel, being responsible, in measuring and communicating the adoption progress and the return on digital innovation;
  • You will have to support and nurture Saipem employees to develop the will and the ability to work with new technologies, adapt to new processes and workflows, and understand the impact of digital transformation on their roles and the organization as a whole;
  • You will be supporting the definition of digital skills and roles, the identification of skill gaps, the development of adoption materials to educate employees on the benefits of the change and how to navigate the digital transformation;
  • You will work on the adoption of digital solutions backed by established and innovative technologies such as Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, Oracle HCM and Gen AI tools.

Skills and qualifications:

  • Master's degree in STEM or Business Administration; Other degrees such as Organizational Psychology, or related field and International relationships will be also considered;
  • You need to have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role and a strong background in organizational change management;
  • Proven track record of successfully leading change management and adoption programs from conception to completion within digital transformation;
  • You need to be proficient in project management and agile project management methodologies, certification is a plus;
  • Experience in one or more of the following technologies is a plus: SAP, S/4 HANA, Salesforce, Oracle, Service Now, CoPilot/gen AI Tools;
  • You need to have strong leadership and decision-making abilities and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
  • You have to acknowledge and be ready to navigate complex negotiation and alignment of stakeholders expectations, in ambiguous contexts;
  • You have to be curious and passionate about Technology-Human link.
