International Sales Development Manager

The Role:
As an HR tech scale-up, we’re looking for an exceptional International Sales Development Manager to drive our global expansion. Your mission will be to increase revenue, break into new markets, and cultivate lasting relationships with Global HR and Talent Acquisition Directors across Europe. You'll play a crucial role in helping potential and existing customers fully experience the benefits of our SaaS platform.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and target companies that can benefit from nCore HR’s solutions in global hiring.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive growth in your assigned territories.
  • Deal Closing: Negotiate and finalize agreements with large customers, consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to assess the viability of current and potential markets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with nCore’s Sales & Marketing teams to drive company-wide success.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated success as an International Sales Manager, ideally within the HR Tech industry.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Strong customer service skills paired with excellent negotiation abilities.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communicator who can tell compelling stories and influence prospective clients.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a constantly evolving organization and market.
  • Problem Solver: Proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude.
  • Education: University degree in Business or a related field.
  • Language Proficiency: Native or C2-level English is required; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
