HR TRAINING AND COMPETENCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM – Offshore (Senior)

As HR Training and CMS Manager, you will join our Department HR People Learning and Development conducting the following activities: 

Functional coordination of Vessels Competence Management System:

  1. Training of resources assignet to the fleet of reference in line with national, international, company and Main Contract requirements.
    • Periodical update of training matrixes by liaising with relevant stakeholders;
    • Coordination of dedicated training campaigns, as required;
    • Monitor and Reporting;
    • Support / governance for the correct implementation of defined regulatory instruments onboard vessels and peripherial entities.
  2. Coordination of onboarding and familiarization of new entrants during crew-up/start-up, also supporting the relevant Overseas departments, as necessary.
  3. Competence Assessment and Assurance:
  • Definition of vessels project competence requirements in line with flag and Contract requirements;
  • Update and maintenance of the assessment tools defined with Subject Matter Experts and Line Managers;
  • Monitor of competences level of offshore personnel;
  • Support to stakeholders for creation/implemenation of set tools.

4. Support to Project team during rig intake, maritime audits, port state control inspections/any verification carried out locally. Proposal of Corrective Action Plans and follow-up of activities required for proper exectuion of Project.

5. Support to Tendering department for evaluation of training/competency requirements.

Initially the resource will be trained and supervised to better deepen the company goals, procedures and ongoing programmes and consequently coordinate activities.

REQUIREMENTS: 

- Degree in Sciences and Maritime Activities Management, Maritime Economy and Management or Legal/Human Resources University. Previous experience in the maritime/oil & gas industry HR activities

- English: fluent 

- Years of experience: 5-10

- IT Skills: Microsoft Office Suite (in particular, Excel, Power Point e Word)

- Soft skills: Curiosity, authonomy, flexibility, critical ability, attitude to the study of maritime regulations. Teambuilding and adaptability.

Nice to have: Power BI and other  Office 365 applications for management and data analysis. A second language, likewise Portuguese, Arabic, French. Open to business trips.
